Hudson Harmonic – Terms & Conditions of Entry

Welcome to Hudson Harmonic. By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or entering the premises, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Admission & Entry
All guests must hold a valid ticket or reservation where required. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, safety, capacity limits, or violation of these Terms.
Late arrival may result in delayed or denied entry depending on the nature of the event.
2. Code of Conduct
Hudson Harmonic is a shared cultural space rooted in respect and creativity. Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner at all times.
We reserve the right to remove any guest without refund for:
Disruptive or disorderly behavior
Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conduct
Excessive intoxication
Interference with performers, staff, or other guests
3. Assumption of Risk & Liability
By entering the venue, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property loss.
Hudson Harmonic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
4. Photography, Video & Media Release
Events at Hudson Harmonic may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.
By entering the premises, you grant Hudson Harmonic and its affiliates the irrevocable right to capture and use your image, likeness, and voice in any media for promotional, archival, or commercial purposes without compensation.
Unauthorized professional photography, video, or audio recording is prohibited without prior written consent.
5. Audio, Lighting & Special Effects
Events may include loud sound levels, amplified music, strobe lighting, haze, projection, or other sensory effects. Attendance is at your own discretion.
6. Ticketing, Refunds & Event Changes
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Events, including lineup, schedule, and programming, are subject to change without notice. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a full cancellation, unless otherwise required by law.
7. Outside Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages are not permitted without prior written approval.
Alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto the premises under any circumstances.
Approved outside catering may be subject to additional fees.
8. Alcohol Service
Valid government-issued ID is required for the purchase and consumption of alcohol.
Hudson Harmonic reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual at its discretion.
9. Security & Prohibited Items
All guests may be subject to reasonable security measures, including bag checks.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
Weapons of any kind
Illegal substances
Outside alcohol
Unauthorized recording equipment
Any item deemed unsafe by venue staff
10. Personal Property
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Hudson Harmonic is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
11. Recording, Streaming & Intellectual Property
Certain events may be recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise distributed.
By entering Hudson Harmonic, you acknowledge that photography, video, and audio recording may occur. You grant the venue and its affiliates the irrevocable right to use your likeness for promotional, archival, and commercial purposes without compensation. Unauthorized professional recording is prohibited.
12. Third-Party Events
For events produced or hosted by third parties, the event organizer may have additional policies. However, all guests remain subject to Hudson Harmonic’s Terms & Conditions.
13. Health & Safety
Guests agree to comply with all applicable health, safety, and emergency procedures while on the premises.
If you have food allergies or medical conditions, please notify staff as appropriate.
14. Right to Modify Terms
Hudson Harmonic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the venue constitutes acceptance of any changes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
